No refunds or cancelations are available after 10 days from your purchase date.
If your product shows damage or spoilage, we will replace your order at no charge if you provide an image/video for proof of your damaged order.
If you are approved for a refund within our 10-day window your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Typically 5-10 business days.
